#5: Get Enough Sleep

Sometimes, this is easier said than done. But it’s important to do what you can to prioritize sleep in order to feel your best.


#4: Drink Water. Lots Of It.

Staying hydrated will improve your physical and mental functions. And you may find that some of the headaches and hunger pains you experience go away with sufficient water intake.


#3: Exercise Regularly

Whether that means hitting the gym, going for a hike, or getting the boys together for a pick up game, it’s important to move your body.


#2: Take Time To Unplug

Pick up a book to read, go for a walk and leave your phone at home, mediate… Whatever it is, it’s healthy to take a few moments for yourself and disconnect from the non-stop notifications—they’ll be there when you get back.


#1: Eat a Nutritious Diet

Not to sound like your mom, but, fruits and vegetables are good for you. We’ll skip the lengthy list of reasons why and just leave it at this: if you’re not already incorporating nutrient dense fruits and veg into your daily diet, you should. And if you already are, don’t be afraid to add some more.
